📸🎥 PHOTO & VIDEO BOOKING POLICIES

1. Booking & Confirmation

All photography and videography sessions are confirmed upon receipt of a 70% non-refundable deposit.
Bookings are secured on a first-come, first-served basis, and no date or time will be reserved without payment confirmation.

2. Payment Policy

• A 70% deposit is required to confirm all bookings.
• The remaining 30% balance must be paid immediately after the shoot and before any editing or post-production begins.
• No photo editing or video production will commence until full payment is received.
• Payments must be made via approved methods provided at the time of booking.
• Payment of the deposit signifies full acceptance of all policies.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• The 70% deposit is strictly non-refundable.
• One reschedule is permitted with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations will result in full forfeiture of the booking.

4. Late Arrival Policy

• Clients must arrive on time for scheduled sessions.
• Late arrival will reduce the allocated shooting time without compensation.
• Delays exceeding 30 minutes may result in session cancellation and will be considered completed.

5. Time Allocation & Coverage

• Each package includes a fixed duration of coverage.
• Additional time requested during the session will incur extra charges and must be approved on-site.

6. Image & Video Editing

• Selection of final images and video clips is at the discretion of the studio unless otherwise agreed.
• Editing style, color grading, and video production follow the studio’s professional creative direction.
• Editing will only begin after full payment is completed.
• Additional edits, revisions, or retouching beyond the agreed package will incur extra fees.

7. Delivery Timeline

• Delivery timelines begin only after full payment is received.
• Standard delivery is within 3–5 working days for photos; video timelines vary depending on project scope.
• Express/rush delivery is available at an additional cost.

8. Delivery Format

• Final photos and videos are delivered digitally via a secure download link or online gallery.
• RAW photos and unedited video footage are not provided under any circumstances.

9. Usage Rights & Copyright

• The studio retains full copyright ownership of all photos and videos.
• Clients are granted usage rights for personal and approved promotional use.
• The studio reserves the right to use all content for portfolio, website, and marketing unless declined in writing.

10. Client Cooperation

Clients are expected to cooperate fully during the session.
The quality of both photos and videos depends on communication, punctuality, and mutual respect.

11. Outdoor Shoot Policy

• Outdoor shoots are subject to weather, lighting, and environmental conditions.
• The studio reserves the right to reschedule or relocate due to unfavorable conditions.
• Clients are responsible for securing any required permits or permissions, unless otherwise agreed.
• Travel and logistics fees may apply depending on location.
• The studio is not responsible for disruptions caused by public interference, restrictions, or unforeseen external factors.

12. Force Majeure

The studio shall not be held liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its control, including weather conditions, emergencies, or government restrictions.
Rescheduling options will be provided where possible.

13. Legal Compliance (UAE Law)

• This agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
• All clients agree that any disputes arising from services provided will fall under the jurisdiction of the relevant courts within the UAE.
• The studio operates as a licensed business entity within the UAE and complies with all applicable commercial and media regulations.
• By confirming a booking, the client agrees that these policies are legally binding and enforceable under UAE law.

14. Agreement

By paying the 70% deposit, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all photo and video booking policies outlined above.
